For investment capital: there is no minimum limit, however only complete buildings are taken into consideration. Larger investments are syndicated. Only completely rented profitable inner-city estate in good condition is bought, office buildings or well-situated trade, shopping and logistic centres. Factories, industrial plants, production lines, hotels, entertainment and conference buildings are excluded, as is partial ownership whether minority, majority or jointly owned.
Project development mainly concern istself with commercial property and shopping, trade and logistic centres in Central and Eastern Europe. Involvement in some depth is sought with local partners. Projects that were given a positive evaluation but not carried out by the investment group, can be marketed to similarly orientated partner enterprises.
